He is compassionate, merciful, slow to anger and abounding in love. He doesn't point his finger at you and accuse you all the time or hold onto his anger. He already knows all about your limitations, your obvious weaknesses including your past wrong doings. He doesn't treat you as your actions deserve. He doesn't even remember them. So stop dragging all the junk from the past around with you. It is forgotten as far as the east is from the west. God loves and forgives you.

Stop dwelling on what did or didn't happen in the past. Learn to be in the here and now and experience life as it's happening. Appreciate the world for the beauty and the opportunities that it's giving to you right now.
