Joke OTD  :  I bought a self learning record to learn Spanish. I turned it on and went to sleep. The record got stuck and the next day all I could do was stutter in Spanish.
Thought OTD  :  RELAX. You are enough. You have enough. You do enough. Inhale. Exhale… let go, and just live right now in the moment.
