Joke OTD  :  My wife is so negative. I remembered the car seat, the stroller, AND the diaper bag. Yet all she can talk about is how I forgot the baby.
Thought OTD  :  In any moment we can learn to let go of hatred and fear. We can always choose to rest in peace, love, and forgiveness. It's never too late. But to sustain this calming love we must develop practices that will cultivate and strengthen the natural compassion that is within us.
