Joke OTD  :  Last night I caught my drunk neighbor on top of my roof. I asked him what the heck was he doing? He said earlier when I left the bar I told him to stop by later on and the drinks would be on the house. 
Thought OTD  :  We have come dangerously close to accepting the homeless situation as a problem that we just can't solve.
