Joke OTD  :  It's so simple to say something wise. Just think of something stupid to say and say the opposite.
Thought OTD  :  Very often we are not thoughtfully living in the present but allowing our thoughts to drift to events in the past or projecting events that might happen in the future. Neither thought process allows us to fully enjoy the wonderful, gifted, present moment that we are in.
